Current Community Flyer Distribution System

Duplication and distribution of flyers to schools is the responsibility of the organization requesting permission to distribute. The flyers will be sent home with elementary students in their weekly folders and/or displayed on our website for the same week of distribution. Flyers will not be distributed in the classroom or approved at the Intermediate campuses, but may be made available through the website only. A flyer approval list is faxed to all schools on Friday afternoon. The Flyers will also be sent to our Communications & Planning Department for the website, therefore please submit the flyer in PDF format for best presentation. Flyers for approval must be received one week prior to payment and payment must be received before the Friday prior to distribution list submission.

The district will soon switch over to an all electronic eflyer system with Peachjar. Once the district transitions to Peachjar, paper distributions of flyers will no longer be permitted.

Klein ISD charges a $120 service fee per week to distribute flyers to students. Payment must be received prior to being added to Friday’s approval list. The funds are used to defray the cost of distribution through the system. Funds collected will be returned to the schools to be used for instructional improvement. The fee may be paid on-line at the link provided below. Please login to create an account and login again to make payment. Please do not make payment until flyer has been approved. Once payment is made, please contact Ms. Boling so that she may verify payment, If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact Ms. Angela Boling at 832.249.4513.
