To receive Professional Learning Records:
If you are a former employee of Klein ISD and need to
access your professional learning records to transfer
to your new school district, please fill out the form HERE.

If you are employed by a U.S. federal, state, local, or tribal government or not-for-profit organization, you might be eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.  Visit the Federal Student Aid website to determine if you are eligible.   If eligible, please email your completed document to [email protected] for final signatures. Please allow 7-10 days for completion and return of all loan forgiveness forms.
