Klein Independent School District is pleased to announce a new online facility request and rental system designed to provide a positive user experience for all. With Facilitron, reservation requests can be submitted easily and will be handled more efficiently. You can view and request all district facilities at any time at https://www.facilitron.com/kisd77379. If you have questions on entering a reservation request, this Rental Basics Video will give an example of the rental process.

Please note that Klein Independent School District’s administrative staff will continue to make final decisions on all facility use requests. All rental requests are subject to campus approval pending personnel availability and other campus events. Rentals are also subject to cancellation or rescheduling based on current state, local, and district guidelines.

Why does the district charge to use facilities?
The district charges fees to recover the cost associated with using the facilities for purposes beyond their intended purpose.  For additional information regarding fees, please see the Klein ISD Board Policy GKD (Local).
Why are the rates different?
Rates have been reviewed and evaluated with current information to ensure that the rates cover the actual cost of operating our facilities.  In our evaluation of rates, we compared with nearby school districts to ensure that our rates are equitable and consistent.  At the same time, our goal was to simplify and streamline the overall process.

Who do I contact for Facilitron support?
Facilitron has a great customer support team to assist you in utilizing the system.  You may click here to find their support website containing tutorials and videos.  You may also chat online with them by clicking the chat icon on the lower left screen of the Facilitron website.  If you prefer to call, you can reach support at 800-272-2962 ext. 1.

How do I pay or submit insurance documents?
Facilitron will collect payment and proof of insurance (certificate of insurance) on Klein Independent School District’s behalf. Payments can be submitted conveniently on Facilitron. Payment options include major credit cards, checks, ACH/eCheck, and Paypal. Proof of insurance (certificate of insurance) can also be conveniently uploaded into the system.
Can I call the campus to reserve a facility?
As always, we are happy to answer any questions via phone call.  However, moving forward, the only way to reserve use of a district facility at all campuses is by creating a Facilitron account and submitting a request online.
