2017-2018 New Student Enrollment Information

The following instructions are for new families to Klein ISD or current families that changed addresses over the summer. New student enrollment for all campuses is ongoing throughout the school year. Current Klein families that are adding a new student will use their parent Family Access account to enroll the child. If you need your account information, please email

Please include your full name, your student’s name(s) and the campus each attends.

If you are new to Klein ISD and do not have a Skyward Family Access account, review the document linked below, then proceed to Step 1 ‘Enroll Now’.

Online Enrollment Steps

STEP 1: Create an Online Enrollment Account

In order to register online, you must enter your contact information, address and email. Once this is submitted, you will be emailed a username and password. Please save this email or write down the username and password. This will be used to submit your Online Enrollment Account Request. Click the link Enroll Now to begin the online enrollment process. Once you log into the portal, enter information for each student you wish to enroll. The system will assign the campus for the student based on the student's date of birth and home address. STEP 2: Complete Required Clinic Forms

Print and complete by hand the following clinic forms and take them to the campus at the time you enroll the student. If you are enrolling multiple students, you will need to complete these forms for each student.

STEP 3: Gather Required Documents

Verification documents required to complete the enrollment process.

Proof of residency in Klein ISD (current gas, light, or water bill with parent/guardian name and address.
Proof of child’s identity (original birth certificate preferred)
Transcript/report cards from previous school
Complete immunization health records
Student's Social Security Card (optional)
Parent/Guardian Identification (optional)

STEP 4: Contact the School

Parents must provide the verification documents listed above when meeting with the school registrar to complete registration. It is recommended that parents and students arrive to the attending school at the start of the school day. This will enable students to enroll and attend classes that same day.

Recommended arrival times:
Elementary 8:00 AM
Intermediate: 9:00 AM
High School: 7:00 AM
